Track B — Small Business Full-Service

One team that runs your entire technology stack — so you can focus on running your business.

Most small businesses end up with a website from one person, email from another, invoicing from a third, and nothing talking to anything else. You become the project manager for your own technology. We take that job.

The four quadrants

Everything your business runs on, in one place.

This is the whole stack. We own all four boxes — not one of them while you chase the other three.

What we handle

The whole list, in plain English.

01

Website, built and hosted

A fast, professional site that works properly on a phone — designed, built, hosted and kept up to date. No template you have to maintain yourself, no plugin that breaks in six months.

02

Business email & productivity

Proper email on your own domain, shared calendars, shared files, and the accounts set up so a new hire takes ten minutes rather than an afternoon.

03

CRM & customer management

One place where every customer, lead and conversation lives — so nothing falls through when you are busy, and so the business is not carried entirely in your head.

04

Invoicing, payments & e-commerce

Getting paid should be the easiest part. Invoices that go out automatically, card payments that reconcile themselves, and an online store if you sell products.

05

Workflow automation

The repetitive things — a lead form that creates a customer record, a job that triggers an invoice, a reminder that sends itself. Each one is a small piece of your week back.

Dashboards & reporting

A simple view of how the business is actually doing — revenue, jobs, customers, whatever matters to you — without exporting three spreadsheets first.

How it works

Build it once, then we run it.

Step 01 — Assess We look at what you use today, what it costs, and what is quietly wasting your time. You get an honest map before you spend anything.
Step 02 — Build A fixed setup fee of $5K–$25K depending on scope, or a project fee for a defined build. You know the number before we start.
Step 03 — Run A monthly retainer of $1K–$5K covering support, changes and keeping everything current. One point of contact — not a ticket queue.
Who this suits Owner-operators, professional services firms, small clinics, and growing local businesses without an internal IT team

Tell us what your business runs on today.

We will map what to fix first, what it costs, and what it would take to stop thinking about your technology altogether.
