Selected Work

Four systems, in production.

Every diagram below is the real architecture of something we shipped — the integrations, the compliance layer, the failure points we had to design around. Client names are withheld; the numbers are not.

01 Track A — Enterprise Healthcare logistics · PE-backed Azure · Odoo 18 · Power BI 4–6 weeks

Enterprise Data Platform

A durable medical equipment operator with ~350 employees and 70+ warehouses across 9 states — running the entire business on Excel. No warehouse, no unified reporting, and a PE investor whose growth thesis depended on data that did not exist.

Business context

A PE-backed durable medical equipment operator, ~350 employees, 70+ warehouses across 9 states, operating entirely on Excel-based workflows prior to engagement. No enterprise data warehouse, no unified reporting, and no data infrastructure to support the investor's growth thesis.

What we delivered

An end-to-end Azure-hosted enterprise data platform. Odoo 18 PostgreSQL, HCHB EMR (HL7 and custom API), and third-party healthcare data feeds are ingested through Azure Data Factory with Change Data Capture and Azure Functions. Data lands in an Azure SQL Data Warehouse serving as the enterprise source of truth, with Power BI dashboards across operations, finance, clinical and customer service.

Outcome

Enterprise data warehouse built from scratch in 4–6 weeks. It became the foundation for every downstream analytics and AI initiative that followed — including the Voice AI system below — and gave the business real-time visibility for the first time.

02 Track A — Enterprise Customer service automation RingCentral · Retell AI · Claude ~$234K/yr saved

HIPAA-Compliant Voice AI

The same operator was paying a legacy third-party vendor to handle inbound customer service — roughly 50 support staff at about $18/hour equivalent. The opportunity was an AI voice agent that could handle status inquiries, order updates and simple service requests, escalating to a human only when it genuinely mattered.

Business context

Inbound customer service calls were handled by an external vendor at a cost structure equivalent to ~50 support staff at ~$18/hour. Most call volume was repetitive: order status, delivery updates, simple service requests — exactly the work a well-constrained voice agent can absorb.

What we delivered

A HIPAA-compliant Voice AI system integrating RingCentral for telephony, Retell AI for voice agent orchestration, and Claude for natural language understanding — wired into Odoo ERP and the data warehouse for live order status and customer profile lookups. The compliance layer covers Business Associate Agreements, end-to-end audit logging, PHI handling controls, prompt guardrails and encryption in transit and at rest.

Outcome

A baseline of ~$234K in annual labor savings, with capital released against milestones under board oversight. Approved for production release, replacing the legacy vendor.

03 Track A — Enterprise New business line enablement Odoo · PWA · Twilio · OAuth Mobile-first field ops

TPA Light — Contractor Dispatch Platform

The operator expanded into a third-party administration business line. That meant dispatching and coordinating contractors across a geographically distributed network in real time — something the existing systems simply could not do.

Business context

A new third-party administration (TPA) business line required rapid contractor dispatch and coordination across a geographically distributed contractor network. The existing systems could not handle the workflow.

What we delivered

An Odoo-integrated contractor dispatch platform with a Progressive Web App frontend for contractors in the field, Twilio SMS for two-way real-time notifications, and HIPAA-conscious OAuth authentication with role-based access controls and audit logging — covering the full workflow from order intake through assignment, dispatch, completion and reporting.

Outcome

Real-time contractor coordination supporting the TPA expansion, and a mobile-first field operations model that works on whatever phone a contractor already carries.

04 Track B — Small Business Full-service engagement model Cloudflare · Odoo · Stripe · Power BI Fixed monthly retainer

End-to-End Small Business Technology Stack

Small businesses need technology across four distinct areas — presence, operations, automation and reporting — but have no internal technology team and no budget for enterprise consulting. The usual result is a patchwork of vendors, agencies and freelancers with nobody coordinating them.

Business context

Technology needs spread across four areas with no internal team to own them. The typical patchwork of separate vendors produces disconnected systems, duplicated data, and hours of the owner's own time spent managing the technology instead of the business.

What we deliver

One team owning all four quadrants. Website and communication (Cloudflare Pages, Google Workspace or M365, Twilio). Operations (Odoo Community or HubSpot, Stripe, Square, Shopify). Automation and integration (Zapier, Make, Power Automate). Reporting (Power BI, Looker Studio, Odoo dashboards) — on a fixed monthly retainer covering both build and ongoing support.

Outcome

A fully-managed technology stack the owner never has to think about. No agency handoffs, no vendor coordination, one point of contact.
